Operations Manager - vendor management (Boston, MA)

Westbrook Linden Facilities looks after properties across the Boston region. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
