Operations Manager - vendor management (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Fern Inspection Services is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
