Operations Manager - vendor management (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Beacon Water Authority Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
