Operations Manager - vendor management (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Forge Environmental Services Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
