Operations Manager - vendor management (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Yarrow Foods Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for sanitation schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
