Operations Manager - vendor management (Albuquerque, NM)

Cedar Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Albuquerque design routes and schedules. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
