Operations Manager - vendor management (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Corner Construction Associates and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
