Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Juniper Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Wichita. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
