Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Wichita, KS)

Silverline Keystone Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Wichita region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
