Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Wichita, KS)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Wichita, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
