Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tulsa, OK)

Bright West Environmental Services Group collects and processes waste and recycling around Tulsa. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for service complaints and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
