Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen Basin Facilities Group looks after properties across the Tulsa region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 223 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
