Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Tulsa region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
