Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Lakeside Farms is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
