Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Meridian Facilities Partners and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
