Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tucson, AZ)

Silverline Beacon Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the Tucson area, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
