Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Quarry Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Toledo region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
