Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Toledo, OH)

Highbridge Summit Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
