Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Cedar Maple Water Authority and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for meter reading and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
