Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Water Authority operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tampa, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
