Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Lakeside Farms and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We are a family-run business at heart. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
