Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tampa, FL)

Highbridge Amber Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tampa region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
