Operations Manager - throughput and quality (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Rook Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around St. Louis. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for parts orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
