Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Spokane. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
