Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Spokane, WA)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for client sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
