Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Drift Facilities Group is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 513 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
