Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Environmental Services and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
