Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Hollow Transit Planning and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for route schedules and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
