Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for water quality, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for water quality and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with billing accounts.
