Operations Manager - throughput and quality (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Keystone Energy is an energy provider in San Jose focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would join a large organisation of about 599 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
