Operations Manager - throughput and quality (San Jose, CA)

Nova Juniper Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for production batches and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management.
