Operations Manager - throughput and quality (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Clear Farms is an agricultural business based around San Antonio. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for field records and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
