Operations Manager - throughput and quality (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Fox Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around San Antonio, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
