Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Salt Lake City, UT)

Highbridge Mill Energy is an energy provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 144 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
