Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Clear Energy is an energy provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
