Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Manufacturing and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
