Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bridge Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing disputes and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
