Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Quill Facilities Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
