Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Sacramento, CA)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Partners is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for billing accounts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
