Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Fox Auto Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Reno. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
