Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Reno, NV)

Lumen Drift Foods Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Reno. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for cold storage and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
