Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Construction and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
