Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Redstone Ivory Facilities looks after properties across the San Diego region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Track performance measures for supply orders and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
