Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for subcontractor invoices and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
