Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Energy Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
