Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Greenridge Fox Auto Group is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for vehicle inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
