Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Nova Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Savannah. We are hiring an Operations Manager to take on throughput and quality. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
