Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Phoenix region, and we need an Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
