Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Loom Construction Group and adding an Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be throughput and quality. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
