Operations Manager - throughput and quality (remote)

Highbridge Mill Transit Planning is looking for an Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
